Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca has emerged as a potential target for Jurgen Klopp.
The 19 year old midfielder came up through the ranks of Espanyol and made his debut this season. The young Spaniard has appeared six times and raked up an assist in his name.
The midfielder is in his penultimate years of the contract and could be available for just £1.35million. Liverpool are particularly in need of a midfielder as Georginio Wijnaldum got injured while playing for Netherlands and Emre Can doesn’t look 100% fit.The Merseyside club has earlier been linked with Inter Milan midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.
Roca is an excellent passer of the ball and is very good with ball distribution. The other thing that has caught the attention of many is his passing accuracy.
Espanyol are trying to negotiate a new deal with the midfielder and are ready to increase his release clause. However, the player might be interested in a move away as he is targeting more game time.
