Aston Villa are one of the favourites to sign Brentford forward Lasse Vibe. According to recent odds released by the United Kingdom bookmakers, the Villans are third favourites to secure the services of the Danish forward before the end of this transfer window. The 30-year-old striker looks set to depart Griffin Park after Bees manager Dean Smith confirmed that he is in talks with another club. Leeds United are currently leading the chase and are priced at 7/1 with BetVictor to land the signature of Vibe but he is more likely to make a move to China. It is understood that Vibe is currently in negotiations with Yanbian FC and BetVictor priced a move to any Chinese team at 1/2.
The Danish international has found the back of the net 36 times in 94 league matches for Brentford since making a move from IFK Gothenburg in the summer of 2015. According to United Kingdom bookmakers Bet Victor, a whole host of Championship clubs are chasing his signature this month. Aston Villa are priced at 8/1 as they step up their pursuit of a striker before the transfer window comes to a close at the end of this month.
Vibe is highly versatile and can operate on a number of different positions across the frontline. He primarily plays as a centre-forward and can also operate on the right flank.

At 30, he still has a good few years left in him to perform at a high level.
