Manchester United are currently unbeaten in any competition this season and will look to keep their 100 percent record intact when they meet the Portuguese champions Benfica in their own backyard in the Champions League tomorrow. The Red Devils looked in good touch in their last two matches in the competition, winning both of them by big margins against opponents like FC Basel and CSKA Moscow.
The Manchester club is well aware of the fact that they will have to face a very tough opponent in Benfica, who had a great last season in their domestic front. However, their form has not been worth mentioning so far this term, especially in the Champions League, with the Eagles losing both their matches so far.

Defence
Swedish defender Victor Lindelof, who was brought in from Benfica during the summer transfer window, is expected to start for his new team in absence of Eric Bailly, who is suffering from a groin injury. He might be pairing up with Chris Smalling in the heart of the defence.
Matteo Darmian is tipped to start on the left flank, with captain Antonio Valencia taking the onus to run up and down the field on the right flank, stabilising the defence apart from initiating counter attacks for the Red Devils.
David De Gea will be the man beneath the crossbars for the men in red once again.
Midfield
Manchester United are in a real fix with all of their in-form and experienced midfielders including the likes of Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick out with injuries for their next encounter. They will have to go in with Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic once again in the middle of the pitch just the way they did against Liverpool this weekend.
Spanish midfielder Juan Mata might start for them as well. Manchester United can use his experience to make it a good outing for them at the Estadio de Luz this Wednesday.
Attack
Lukaku will be starting once again for the Red Devils as their spearhead. He will look to get among the goals after a disappointing match against Liverpool at Anfield that ended in a stalemate.
He is expected to be supported by the likes of Marcus Rashford and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to keep their 100 percent record in the Champions League intact when they take on the reigning Portuguese champions on their home turf.
