Arsenal have been looking forward to making their season a good one in the forthcoming days, eradicating the problems that they have been facing so far this term, which has deterred their progress in the Premier League. Having drawn their last match against the reigning champions Chelsea, the Gunners might be on the lookout for substantial changes in the winter transfer window and bring in some players who might help them to get out of the troublesome situation they are in.
The man in charge at the Emirates Stadium, Arsene Wenger, has been eyeing a number of new players to be brought into his side in the winter, one of them being the Brazilian winger Lucas Moura, who is presently plying his trade for the French giants Paris Saint Germain.
The wily tactician has been looking forward to making him one of the major signings in the next transfer window and is ready to make a big bid to land him at the North London club.
Moura has been a part of the former French champions since his arrival at the club in 2013 and has played a major role in a number of triumphs for his side in Ligue 1 as well as Champions League. However, since the arrival of his compatriot and Brazilian superstar Neymar this summer at Parc Des Princes, the future has become gloomy for the 25-year-old at the French club and he is looking to make a move, preferably to the Premier League.
The Brazilian is known for his blistering pace and his ability to score goals from open play as well as set-piece situations and has been a very important entity in the lineup for his present club over the last few years.
That bond, though, might be on the verge of breaking, as the player has been tracked by a number of clubs and PSG might be willing to give in to a substantial offer from a big club in the next transfer window.
A number of big-name clubs from all over Europe are looking to vie for his signature, with the Gunners looking to get the favour of bringing in the brilliant Brazilian into their side for the new season. It goes without the saying that inclusion of a player of Moura’s calibre might be a big boost for the North London club in order to bring back their glory days in the new season. But can Wenger land him?
