Everton had one of the busiest transfer windows this summer, having broken their bank to bring a plethora of new players into the side to revamp it to the core and make it as strong as possible to achieve something substantial this season in terms of results. They are, however, not looking to slow down on their intent to bring in some more new players and are currently looking forward to adding a striker to their roster for the new season.
The Toffees have already brought in two top class strikers this summer in the form of English marksman Wayne Rooney and Spanish forward Sandro Ramirez but are willing to add to their firepower for the rest of the season. The Merseyside club is desperately looking to make a top class forward sign for them and are eyeing the Belgian striker Michy Batshuayi to be brought into the side.
The 23-year-old sharp shooter joined his current club Chelsea in the last season upon the conclusion of a disappointing campaign in the Euro Cup for his country. The player was used seldom by the club coach Antonio Conte despite his good form who was much more inclined towards the attacking spearhead of his side, Diego Costa. However, the youngster showed his potential in whatever chances he was handed by the team management and eventually attracted the eyes of a number of experts including the Everton coach Ronald Koeman.
The Dutchman is known for his patronage of young talents and has made stars out of many young players in the past. He has been looking forward to bagging the player and might be making a bid that the West London club might find good enough to let go of the young Belgian forward.
He is a talent and should not be wasting his time on the bench in these crucial years of his development stage. Everton will be a good move for him and it is to be seen whether Koeman can lure him.
The Merseyside club are trying their level best to crack a deal for getting the youngster on their side on the deadline day. The inclusion of Batshuayi might be a shrewd addition to the side for them, as it will give them an edge over the opponents.
And Chelsea should not have issues sending him out on loan as it will strengthen Everton’s chances against their title rivals also.
