Watford have started their campaign in the Premier League this season in a consistent way after goofing up in the last term, having sealed an important win against Bournemouth by 2-0. Prior to that, the Hornets earned a hard-fought point from a draw against one of the top teams in the Premier League, Liverpool, which has surely done their confidence a world of good at the start of the season.
The Hornets will be taking on Brighton, who are the newcomers of the Premier League this term and are reeling after back to back defeats in their last two matches against Manchester City and Leicester City respectively. The Seagulls will be looking to bounce back from the losses and win their next contest against Watford in the forthcoming weekend.
Watford will be looking to repeat their performance against the Cherries and are looking very much confident ahead of their clash against Brighton, who are not looking confident enough in their debut season in the top flight. The Hornets will like to capitalise on that and will be depending on the same lineup which has provided them with a fairly good start to the season.
Defence-
There is supposed to be no change in the Watford line-up for the next match, as they will be looking to make it another win and keep themselves in the advantage. The centre back duo of Sebastian Prodl and Younes Kaboul will have to perform well against the Seagulls who will be eyeing their first win of the season, alongside Daryl Janmaat on the right and Miguel Britos on the left-hand side helping their team to keep the opponents at bay.
Midfield-
The midfield consisting of Ben Watson and Etienne Capoue will be looking to make the task harder for the opposition players to get possession of the ball with their hard hitting tackles to make the ball stay under their control for most of the time. Attacking midfielders Richarlison and Nordin Amrabat will be teaming up with the newly signed forward Andre Grey in order to get the goals for their side and keep the attack relentless.
Attack-
A solo striker in the form of Englishman and also team captain Troy Deeney will be spearheading the attack for the Hornets and will be looking to find the back of the net to hand his team their second consecutive win and hopefully spark a good run of form.
