The present Premier League champions Chelsea are looking forward to continuing their dominance in the Premier League in the next term as well and have already started bringing in players who can make their lineup even stronger. The Blues are set to face some of the biggest teams in the next term in the Champions League as well and look duly ready for that.
The West London club have already got a world class player like Eden Hazard in their line-up, who has been at his best in the last term, scoring 16 goals for his club to end up as the second highest scorer after Diego Costa and guide his team to glory. Antonio Conte, their current man in charge, will be looking forward to the Belgian captain to make it another good season in terms of results for his club. The player is currently on his way to recovery from an injury.
The Premier League champions have procured one of the best midfielders in the current situation in the form of Tiemoue Bakayoko and will be pairing him with the Player of the Year from the last season, N’Golo Kante, in the middle of the field to stabilise it and keep the opponent players from taking possession of the ball. The French enforcer was one of the main players in the last season for the French Ligue 1 club AS Monaco and contributed heavily in their first French Ligue 1 title win in the last 17 years.
Antonio Rudiger, the German defender, is going to be another important inclusion in the team, so as to strengthen the defence for the next season. Chelsea have been playing with the 3-4-3 system since the last term and have been able to use the defenders successfully in the lineup and keep the opposition strikers at bay. The former Roma defender might be a good addition to the roster and can use his huge frame to safeguard the goal in the forthcoming season.
The Blues brought in one of the best players in the current situation in an attacking role in the form of Alvaro Morata, who is supposed to play as the prime striker for them in the next term. The former Real Madrid man was limited to a bits and pieces role at his last club, which disappointed him as he made the switch to join the West London club to spearhead the attack in the next season.
With the above-mentioned players, the new Chelsea lineup can look like this in the next term-
Courtois, Rudiger/Azpilicueta, Luiz, Cahill, Alonso/Azpilicueta, Bakayoko, Kante, Moses, Willian/Hazard, Pedro, Morata.
