Arsenal have been inconsistent throughout the current season and are looking for solutions to their problems that seem to have piled up. Their attack has not been firing as expected and is in dire need of reinforcements as soon as possible.
With one of their most influential players Alexis Sanchez looking to leave the club at the end of the season, the Gunners have turned their focus towards the Italian club AC Milan in order to bag their mercurial striker Carlos Bacca. Arsene Wenger, the current club coach of the Gunners is confident that the Columbian striker can bring the missing flare to side’s attack next season.
Bacca has made 24 appearances for the Italian club this season. He has been instrumental for his team, scoring 13 goals so far for them in the Serie A. Reportedly, his current club coach Vincenzo Montella has not ruled out the departure of his prized possession in the next summer transfer window.
Carlos Bacca has been one of the best strikers in Europe for some time now and has dished out some good performances for AC Milan this season and the last. His darting runs into the opposition box paired with his opportunistic moves for goal make him a force to reckon with.
He also has the ability to lay off crucial assists for his teammates helping them to score goals. His mesmerising dribbling skills are good enough to bamboozle the opposition defence making him an effective option in front of goal.
A number of the Premier League club have made advancements in dealing with the Italian club to bring in Bacca this summer. Arsenal are not too far away from taking the first step to land him at the end of the current season
As per sources, Bacca has been linked with a move to the Premier League club during the last two transfer windows, but the deal has failed to materialise on both the occasions. This time though, the Columbian striker is reportedly gearing up for a move to the Emirates Stadium to make an appearance in the Gunners’ jersey the next season.
Arsenal fans have been much frustrated with the regular failures that the club has been facing in the Premier League as well as European competitions. This move can appease the revolting fans and make amends for Alexis Sanchez’s rumoured move away from the Emirates Stadium. However, there is no official word from the Premier League club authority about the value of the bid that might be made to bring in Carlos Bacca next season.
