A world record deal can see Chelsea’s Belgian Superstar Eden Hazard coming to Santiago Bernabeu this season in a deal worth £100million. The rumoured move will also see the Spanish youngster Alvaro Morata moving to Stamford Bridge, if everything goes according to plan. The move is arranged to be a player-plus-cash arrangement.
The 26-year-old Belgian captain has been instrumental in Chelsea’s run at the top of the league. He has scored 14 goals this season, 3 less than Chelsea’s top scorer Diego Costa. His move to Real Madrid will strengthen the already strong attack of the Galacticos.
On the other hand, the Italian coach of Chelsea, Antonio Conte has been looking eagerly to bring Alvaro Morata to Stamford Bridge for a long time. The Spaniard played under the coaching of the Italian when they were together at Juventus in 2013, before the Italian became busy with his job of the Italian national team and Real Madrid exercised their buy-back clause of bringing Alvaro Morata back to Santiago Bernabeu.
Eden Hazard is known for his attacking skills against the opponents. His runs with and without the ball simply outdoes the rival team. The passes he threads for his teammates are good enough for them to score goals. He has been mercurial in the team’s awesome performance throughout the current season.
Hazard has been linked with a move away from the Stamford Bridge along with his teammate Diego Costa. Reportedly, Diego Costa will move out to China against a high budget transfer fee. Club legend John Terry, who has announced his retirement recently, might also be going to Premier League sides West Bromwich Albion or Bournemouth or if possible, to one of the MLS sides just like his former teammate Frank Lampard.
Till date, the highest amount of money (£89million) involved was in the transfer of French superstar Paul Pogba from Juventus to Manchester United last season. The Eden Hazard deal can break the world record and become the first ever £100million transfer in any club’s history.
With Alvaro Morata not having enough games under his belt and Karim Benzema performing below par, Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is looking for a fresh pair of legs to give him solidarity in the attacking third. With arguably the best player in the world, Balon D’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo and the inspirational Welshman Gareth Bale by his side, Eden Hazard can collaborate in forming the one of the best-attacking force in football history.
