Since the appointment of Paul Clement, Swansea City have turned their form and fortunes around and have gone on an excellent run. They will travel to the KCOM Stadium looking to extend their winning run. The Wales club have won four out of their last six matches in the English top flight.
But they have to battle it out at the KCOM Stadium and after looking at Hull City’s home record under Marco Silva, it would be very hard for them to get past a disciplined Hull side. Swansea have pulled themselves out of the relegation zone after recent impressive performances and a win in this match will give them a major boost to their hopes of surviving in the Premier League.
Swansea seems to have got back their form after firing two managers in the gap of a few months. Clement’s strategy has worked wonders so far. But in what might be a concern to the side, Kyle Naughton won’t be available against the Tigers. The defender injured his hamstring in the 3-2 win over Burnley. However, Jefferson Montero and Ki Sung-Yeung have been declared fit and might get some minutes against Hull.
Predicted 4-3-3 Swansea Lineup To Face Hull City
Defence
Lukasz Fabianski has been the first choice keeper for the Swans for quite a while and will start against the Tigers.
Alfie Mawson and Federico Fernandez will be deployed at the heart of the Swans’ defence. The pair has been rock solid in their performance and will be looking to carry on the form.
Martin Olsson and Angel Rangel should start as the left back and right back respectively. Naughton’s injury has paved the way for Rangel to stake a claim in the starting lineup.
Midfield
Clement will like to keep the midfield formation intact. Jack Cork will be in his usual holding midfield position. The tireless midfielder has been a major contributor in Swansea’s recent success. Leroy Fer and Tom Carroll will be in an advanced midfield role. Fer has racked up six goals so far and would be eager to add a few more to his tally.
Attack
Gylfi Sigurdsson is a sure shot starter on the left wing. He has been their best player till now and will have to keep shouldering the responsibility of providing the goals. Luciano Narsingh has impressed recently and will get the nod to start on the right wing. Fernando Llorente will start as the lone striker upfront.
