Despite sitting at the top of the table pretty comfortably Victor Moses wants to stay focused in the Premier League. Moses has been a revelation this season.
The Nigerian international has made the right back position his own and has started 20 games this season. The West London giants are currently 10 points clear of second placed Tottenham Hotspur and are favourites to lift the title.
They defeated Swansea 3-1 in the last match with Diego Costa, Pedro and Cesc Fabregas all registering their names on the score sheet. Moses burst into the team this season and has netted three goals.
He said,
“We’re not looking at the table at the moment, we still have 12 matches to play and we just need to take each game as it comes.
“We just want to stay grounded and win as many games as we can between now and the end of the season.
“We’re going to stay focused and keep working hard together as a team, as everyone can see we’re doing.
“Swansea did well in the way they tried to sit back and frustrate us but we kept on playing and as soon as we got the second goal we started to enjoy it.”
