Arsenal welcomed Everton at the Emirates Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. The Gunners made a dominant start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Viktor Gyokeres finally broke the deadlock in the 89th minute before Max Dowman killed the game off in injury time. The contest ended with Mikel Arteta’s men securing a solid 2-0 win at the Emirates.

Raya made a couple of solid saves at the back and did enough to keep a clean sheet.

He performed his defensive duties well and was replaced in the 37th minute.

Saliba made a lot of crucial clearances inside his half and was a good presence on the ball.
CB: Gabriel – 7.5/10
He put his foot through the ball when required and won his fair share of aerial duels.

LB: Riccardo Calafiori – 7/10
He was a positive influence at both ends of the field.
CM: Martin Zubimendi – 7/10
Zubimendi caught the eye at times on both halves.
CM: Declan Rice – 7/10
He anchored the midfield well and made some decent chances in the final third.
RW: Bukayo Saka – 7/10
Saka was a real menace in the final third but failed to register a goal.
CAM: Eberechi Eze – 7/10
He managed to shine at times on the offensive end of the field, but there was no goal for him.
LW: Noni Madueke – 7/10
He caused a few headaches for his marker, but didn’t do enough to register a goal.
ST: Kai Havertz – 6/10
Havertz was quiet for most of his time on the pitch.
