Liverpool have been linked with a possible move for Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye. According to journalist Harry Watkinson, the Toffees have clearly stated their position about a January sale.
Ndiaye, 25 years old, has been the standout player this season. He has scored four goals and provided one assist while creating chances regularly for his teammates. The Senegal winger’s performances have caught the eye of several clubs. Inter Milan are expected to move for him in the summer, and reports indicate that Liverpool, along with Tottenham and Manchester City, have already made enquiries.
Everton don’t want to sell Iliman Ndiaye despite Liverpool’s interest
Another journalist Fraser Fletcher previously mentioned that Spurs, Newcastle, Juventus, AC Milan and Atletico Madrid are also monitoring him. However, reports say there is no intention to let him go now.
It is understood that no club has made an approach regarding Ndiaye and that Everton are not willing to entertain offers in January. The Senegalese winger is under contract until 2029, giving the club strong control over the situation.

If bids arrive in the summer, they would need to be significantly high for Everton to consider them. Some believe a fee above £70 million might be required. Also, given the rivalry, Liverpool are the least likely club Everton would negotiate with.
Why is it the right decision?
Ndiaye remains focused on giving his best for the team and maintains a strong understanding with teammates, especially with Idrissa Gana Gueye. Liverpool may need to identify another option this winter. Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth could be more practical.
The Toffees are right to hold their ground. Ndiaye has been crucial this season, and selling him mid-campaign could harm the team. Keeping their top performer, especially away from their main rival, shows smart planning and strong intent. So, Everton need to back their stance and hold on to the player despite strong interest.
