Arsenal welcomed Bayern Munich at the Emirates Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure a good result at home in the UEFA Champions League. The Gunners made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 22nd minute when Jurrien Timber found the back of the net. However, Lenart Karl equalised for the home side in the 32nd minute as the two teams went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
Noni Madueke put Arsenal ahead once again in the 69th minute before Gabriel Martinelli put the contest to bed just eight minutes later. The contest finished with the Gunners securing an impressive 3-1 win at the Emirates.
