Manchester United Are Among The Clubs Eager To Sign This Bayern Munich Forward: Should Amorim Move In For Him?

In a recent report, Fichajes stated that Manchester United are among the clubs eager to sign Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane. It has been claimed that the Red Devils would have to compete with Chelsea and Barcelona in the race to sign the English striker next year.

Kane’s Impressive Form In German Football

Kane is having an excellent campaign at the Munich club after he put in a handful of impressive displays for them in the final third. The England international has banged in 23 goals and grabbed three assists in 17 appearances for Bayern Munich this season across various competitions.

The 32-year-old has led the line well for the Bavarian club up top as he is averaging 3.41 shots per 90 minutes in the Bundesliga. He has kept 46.7% of his attempts on target. Kane was even distributed the ball well in the opponent’s half, based on his pass completion rate of 81.7% in the German first division (stats via fbref.com).

His current contract at the Allianz Arena will run out in the summer of 2027, which could open the door for the Red Devils to sign him on the cheap at the end of this campaign.

Should Manchester United Boss Ruben Amorim Move In For Kane?

Kane is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in on target. He has got the eye to play some decisive passes on the offensive end of the field and is a good dribbler with the ball as well.

The England international has already proven his worth in the Premier League from his time at Tottenham and won’t take much to adjust to life at Man United. He remains one of the best strikers in European football, so the Red Devils would do well to snap him up next year.

We can expect Kane to add a lot of firepower to Man United boss Ruben Amorim’s frontline. He would help the Mancunian giants compete for some major honours over the next few years.

At 32, Kane has still got a few good years left in him to play at his best. Therefore, Amorim should focus on getting a deal done for him this January or at the end of this season.
