Bournemouth have made a £18m offer for Chelsea defender Nathan Ake.
Ake spent the first part of the season at the Vitality Stadium. He was an integral part of Eddie Howe’s side and has made ten appearances in the Premier League. But Antonio Conte preferred to recall the Netherland U-21 player who has been very impressive.
Ake is yet to make an appearance in the English top flight since his arrival from Bournemouth. He has however made a start in Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Brentford in the FA Cup recently.
With the size of the money offered by the Cherries, Conte might reconsider his decision. Howe can guarantee first team football to the defender.
It is reported Chelsea are ready to let go the player and have left it on the player to make a decision.
With the current situation, he can thrive under Howe but he has to make any decision before the 11 pm deadline tonight.
