Raya, Gabriel And Martinelli Get 8 | Arsenal Players Rated In Narrow Win Vs Tottenham Hotspur

Arsenal clashed heads with Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier today as they looked to earn a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Gunners made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.

Gabriel finally broke the deadlock in the 64th minute as he scored with a good header from close range. Mikel Arteta‘s men sat on their lead well and earned a narrow 1-0 win in the North London derby.

Raya made a handful of solid saves at the back and secured an important clean sheet today.

He performed his defensive duties well but offered very little going forward.

LB: Jurrien Timber – 7/10

He performed his defensive responsibilities well but struggled to influence the game in the opponent’s half.

CM: Thomas Partey – 7.5/10

Partey anchored the midfield with conviction but lacked quality in the final third.

CM: Jorginho – 6/10

He struggled to get into the flow of the game and produced a lackluster display in the middle of the park.

CM: Gabriel Martinelli – 8/10

Martinelli worked his socks off and was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.

LW: Leandro Trossard – 7/10

He had a few bright moments in the game but didn’t do enough to register a goal.

ST: Kai Havertz – 7.5/10

Havertz led the press well for Arsenal and put in a hard-working performance in the Tottenham half.

RW: Bukayo Saka – 7.5/10

Saka caught the eye at times and managed to pick up an assist for setting up Gabriel’s match-winner in the second half.
