Everton faced off against Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier this afternoon as they looked to grind out a good result on their travels in the Premier League. The Toffees made a sloppy start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 14th minute when Yves Bissouma found the back of the net. Heung-min Son doubled his team’s advantage in the 25th minute as Everton went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.
Cristian Romero added another goal for the home team in the 71st minute before Son scored again just six minutes later. The Toffees ended up suffering a poor 4-0 loss away from home.
