Newcastle United locked horns with Burnley at Turf Moor earlier today as they looked to secure all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Magpies made a good start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 19th minute when Callum Wilson found the back of the net. Sean Longstaff doubled his team’s advantage in the 35th minute before Bruno Guimaraes put daylight between the two teams when he scored just five minutes later. Eddie Howe’s men went into the half-time break 3-0 up on the scoreline.
Alexander Isak put the match to bed when he found the back of the net in the 55th minute. Dara O’Shea grabbed a late consolation for the home side as Newcastle cruised to a dominant 4-1 win away from home.
