Liverpool finally returned to winning ways after they beat Fulham 3-1 in a Premier League battle on Sunday. They will next lock horns with Everton this week in an away fixture. It will be a crucial game for them as they cannot afford to drop points.
The Reds are solely focusing on the domestic league title as they got knocked out of the other tournaments. However, even in the English league, everything is not in their hands. Arch-rivals must drop points while Liverpool should continue winning games.
4-3-3 Liverpool Predicted Lineup Vs Everton
Defence
Alisson Becker made some good blocks to hold onto the two-goal lead against Fulham. He will be lined up between the sticks yet again. Trent Alexander-Arnold had an exceptional game and is truly back from the injury. No doubt he is starting as the right-back.
While Virgil van Dijk continues as the heart of the defence, Jarell Quansah is expected to make way for Ibrahima Konate. Andy Robertson also remains at his original left-back position.
Midfield
Ryan Gravenberch and Harvey Elliott did fine in the previous outing but they are likely to start on the bench. Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai are expected to walk back into the XI. Wataru Endo’s form has dipped in the recent weeks but that shouldn’t be keeping him away from playing in the number six slot.
Attack
While Diogo Jota is likely to be replaced by Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz should come in for Cody Gakpo in the offensive line. Despite having a dismal performance in the previous game, Luis Diaz has no threats to his position.
The Reds will once again operate without the services of Joel Matip, Ben Doak, Conor Bradley and Thiago Alcantara due to injuries.
