West Ham United will welcome Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium this Tuesday night as they hope to secure all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Hammers suffered a disappointing 4-3 loss away at Newcastle United recently, so they would be keen on picking up a good result in this London derby.
David Moyes will opt for the 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make one tweak to his first XI for this game. Lukasz Fabianski will play from the start of this contest in the injury absence of Alphonso Areola.
4-2-3-1 West Ham United Predicted Lineup To Face Tottenham Hotspur
Defence
Lukasz Fabianski will feature in between the sticks for the Hammers as he looks to impress for them in midweek. Kurt Zouma will play alongside Kostas Mavropanos at the heart of the West Ham backline as they try to keep things solid at the back during the game.
Vladimir Coufal will play as the right-back while Emerson Palmieri hopes to impress on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them would be eager to keep things tidy when defending inside their half.
Ben Johnson and Aaron Cresswell will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
Midfield
Tomas Soucek and James Ward-Prowse will operate as the holding midfielders as they try to make life tough for the opposition in the middle of the park. The gifted trio of Mohammed Kudus, Lucas Paqueta and Jarrod Bowen will play just ahead of them as part of the West Ham attack. All three of them need to combine well if they want to cause problems for the Tottenham defenders this week.
Kalvin Phillips will be available for selection on the bench as he looks to impress in the second half if needed.
Attack
Michail Antonio will lead the line for the East London club in the final third. He would be eager to produce a good display after managing to find the back of the net versus Newcastle recently.
Danny Ings would be named on the bench and might come on in the latter stages of the derby if West Ham are in need of a goal by then.
