Arsenal faced off against West Ham United at the London Stadium earlier this afternoon as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Gunners made a strong start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 32nd minute when William Saliba got his name on the scoresheet. Bukayo Saka doubled Arsenal’s advantage from the penalty spot just nine minutes later before Gabriel made it 3-0 to the Gunners in the 44th minute. Leandro Trossard added another goal late in the first half as Mikel Arteta‘s men went into the half-time break 4-0 up on the scoreline.
Saka scored again for Arsenal in the 63rd minute before Declan Rice scored his team’s sixth goal just two minutes later. The contest ended with the Gunners securing a dominant 6-0 win away from home.

He had to make just one save in the game and kept an important clean sheet today.
RB: Ben White – 7.5/10
White made a couple of solid tackles and managed to pick up an assist as well.

He was a positive influence at both ends of the field and managed to score in the opener in the 32nd minute.

Gabriel cleared the danger when needed and did well to find the back of the net in the 44th minute.
LB: Jakud Kiwior – 7.5/10
Kiwior gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field and made one key chance in the final third.
CM: Martin Odegaard – 9/10
The Norway international managed to engineer a lot of promising chances for his teammates and has got a couple of assists to show for his efforts.
CM: Declan Rice – 9.5/10
Rice caused all sorts of problems for his former employers. He scored his team’s sixth goal after the hour mark and secured a couple of assists as well.
CM: Kai Havertz – 8/10
He caught the eye at times in the opponent’s half but failed to register a goal.
RW: Bukayo Saka – 9.5/10
Saka was a constant menace in the final third and scored a brace in what proved to be a comfortable outing for the Gunners.
ST: Leandro Trossard – 8.5/10
He made two dangerous runs with the ball and deserves credit for scoring in the dying embers of the first half.
LW: Gabriel Martinelli – 7.5/10
Martinelli caused a lot of headaches for his marker but didn’t do enough to get his name on the scoresheet.
