Antonio Conte is reportedly considering a move for Alvaro Morata. Conte wants to replace Diego Costa with the Spaniard striker.
Conte had a heated bust up with Diego Costa and he didn’t take him to Leicester where Chelsea comfortable beat the defending champions. Costa had complained about an injury to the Chelsea medical stuff but Conte didn’t pay heed to him.
The two had a heated altercation over this and the 28-year-old striker was dropped from the squad as a result.
It was also reported that the current top scorer of the Premier League hasn’t trained with the team. Costa had a big money offer from China and if he does leave Chelsea are ready for his replacement.
Real Madrid activated a clause in Morata’s contract and re-signed him back from Juventus. The Spanish club are currently going through a transfer ban but are unlikely to let him leave Santiago Bernabeu.
