Olivier Giroud, Laurent Koscielny and Francis Coquelin have signed new deals to pledge their future to the club. The length of their contract is not disclosed by the club.
Giroud has been a regular in the first team recently. Although, the French international had been mostly used as a late substitute by Arsene Wenger this season.
The 30-year-old has scored in his last four matches. He was also the Gunners’ highest scorer last season.
Coquelin has been with the club since 2008 and has gone on to established himself in the Gunners midfield after coming through their academy. He has been a regular in the Arsenal starting lineup this season.
Koscielny has formed a rock solid partnership with Shkodran Mustafi at the heart of Arsenal defence this term. The 31-year-old arrived from Lorient in 2010 and arguably having his one of the best season so far at the Emirates.
Arsene Wenger said, “We are very pleased that three important members of our team have committed to us for the long term. Francis has made tremendous technical strides over the past few years because he’s so focused every day.
“Olivier has big experience in the game now and has become a more and more complete player since joining us. Laurent is of course a key part of our squad and I believe one of the best defenders in the world today. So overall, this is great news for us.”
