Barcelona faced off against Valencia at the Mestalla Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure all three points on the road in La Liga. The Catalan club made a solid start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Joao Felix gave Barca the lead in the 55th minute. However, Hugo Guillamon equalised for the home team just 15 minutes later. Xavi’s men ended up being held to a lackluster 1-1 draw away from home.

De Jong got stuck in with some solid tackles and had a couple of lively moments in the final third.

He offered decent protection for his teammates at the back but offered very little going forward.

Raphinha showed a few glimpses of what he could do and has got an assist to show for his efforts.

The Polish striker was not shy of having a strike at goal but failed to get his name on the scoresheet.
