Barcelona locked horns with Rayo Vallecano at the Vallecas Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in La Liga. The Catalan club made a slow start to the game and conceded the opener in the 39th minute when Unai Lopez found the back of the net. Barca went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Florian Lejeune scored an unfortunate own goal in the 82nd minute as Xavi’s men ended up securing a 1-1 draw away from home.
