Arsenal will face off against Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium this Saturday evening as they try to secure a win on their travels in the Premier League. The Gunners managed to secure a 3-1 victory over Burnley before the international break which should keep them in high spirits ahead of this game.
Mikel Arteta will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and could make a couple of tweaks to his first team for this game. Ben White is expected to play from the start of this game while Oleksandr Zinchenko makes way for him and drops to the bench.
4-3-3 Arsenal Predicted Lineup To Face Brentford
Defence
Aaron Ramsdale will feature in between the sticks for the Gunners. William Saliba will play alongside Gabriel at the centre of Arsenal’s defence as they look to keep things solid at the back during the game.
Ben White will get a chance to impress as the right-back while Takehiro Tomiyasu hopes to impress on the other flank as the left-back. Both of them will get the freedom to get forward and join in on the attack at every chance they get.
Jakub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
Midfield
Declan Rice, Jorginho and Kai Havertz will make up Arteta’s midfield as they try to establish their dominance over the home team at the centre of the park. All three of them need to move the ball well so that they can create enough chances to win this contest.
Martin Odegaard is a major doubt for this game but Mohamed Elneny should be available for a spot on the bench.
Attack
Gabriel Martinelli will try to catch the eye on the left flank while Bukayo Saka hopes to weave his magic from the right. Leandro Trossard could get a chance to lead the charge for the North London giants down the middle. He would have to carry some of the goal-scoring workload for Arsenal on his own up top.
Eddie Nketiah will have to be content with a place on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages if the Gunners are in need of a goal by then.
