Newcastle United clashed heads with Borussia Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the UEFA Champions League. He struggled to get a foothold in the game in the first half and was replaced at half-time.

Longstaff tried his best to protect his backline but his efforts were not enough.
