Bowen Gets 8.5, Kudus With 7.5 | West Ham United Players Rated In Derby Win Vs Arsenal

West Ham United entertained Arsenal at the London Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a win in the EFL Cup. The Hammers made a great start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 16th minute when Ben White scored an unfortunate own goal. David Moyes’ men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Mohammed Kudus doubled his team’s advantage in the 50th minute before Jarrod Bowen killed the game off at the hour mark. Martin Odegaard scored a late consolation goal for the visitors as the contest finished with West Ham securing an impressive 3-1 win in the London derby.

Let’s take a look at how each West Ham United player fared during the clash against the Gunners.

GK: Lukasz Fabianski – 7/10

The Polish keeper made a couple of solid saves at the back and did enough to restrict the opposition to just one goal.

RB: Vladimir Coufal – 6.5/10

He kept things tidy when defending inside his half but offered very little going forward.

CB: Kostantinos Mavropanos – 6.5/10

Mavropanos dealt with the danger when the Gunners were on the front foot.

CB: Nayef Aguerd – 7/10

He made a lot of important clearances on the defensive third of the field and even bagged an assist.
