Manchester City clashed heads with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to grab all three points on their travels in the Premier League. The Mancunian club controlled the game well in the first half but were held to a goalless draw at the half-time break.
Pep Guardiola‘s men conceded an unfortunate late goal as Gabriel Martinelli found the back of the net with a deflected strike in the 86th minute. The contest ended with Man City suffering a lackluster 1-0 loss away from home.

The Portuguese talent got stuck in with some solid tackles but struggled to influence the game in the final third.

Kovacic didn’t hesitate to make a tackle but lacked quality in the opponent’s half.

He struggled to threaten the Arsenal goal and did well to last 67 minutes.

Haaland had a few bright moments in the game but failed to find the back of the net.

He caused a lot of problems for the opposition defenders but there was no goal for him.
