Newcastle United will clash heads with Brighton and Hove Albion at the American Express Community Stadium this Saturday evening as they try to bounce back with a win in the Premier League. The Magpies suffered a 2-1 loss at the hands of Liverpool despite playing most of that game with a man extra. Hence, Eddie Howe would be eager to get a positive response from his players this weekend.
The Tyneside club will once again set themselves up in a 4-3-3 formation with Howe expected to make a couple of changes for this game. Sean Longstaff and Jamaal Lascelles will both get a chance to impress from the start of this clash on the road.
4-3-3 Newcastle United Predicted Lineup To Face Brighton
Defence
Nick Pope will operate in between the sticks for the Magpies after conceding two goals in his last league outing. Jamaal Lascelles will get an opportunity to impress alongside Fabian Schar on the defensive end of the field as they try to keep the opposition attackers quiet during the 90 minutes.
Kieran Trippier will be a nailed-on starter at right-back while Dan Burn hopes to put in a hard-working performance as the left-back. Both of them would get the license to get forward and join in on the attack when they can.
Sven Botman will be sidelined for this game due to injury.

Midfield
Sean Longstaff, Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali will make up the Newcastle midfield. Their main job would be to win the 50-50 battles at the centre of the park and create some decent chances for the Magpies in the Brighton half.
Joelinton is unlikely to recover in time for this game because of a knee injury.
Attack
Anthony Gordon will get a chance to catch the eye on the left flank while Miguel Almiron looks to put his pace to good use on the right wing.
Alexander Isak will lead the charge for the Tyneside club on the attacking end of the field. He failed to score versus Liverpool, so this game against Brighton could be an ideal chance for him to return to his goal-scoring ways in the Premier League.
Callum Wilson will have to be content with a spot on the bench but might come on to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if needed.
