Tobias’ Recent Rise In Spanish Football
The 19-year-old had a decent loan spell with Real Madrid’s B team in the previous campaign when he put in some eye-catching displays for them on the right flank. Tobias did well to pick up four assists in 39 matches for the Spanish outfit last season in various competitions.
The Brazilian has caught the eye with his performances in Spanish football so far. Hence, next season could bring another chance for him to impress and earn a call-up to feature in Carlo Ancelotti’s senior team.
Tobias is under contract at Shakhtar until 2026. Hence, Real Madrid would do well to arrange a loan with a view to signing him permanently next summer.
Real Madrid Set To Sign Tobias On Loan: Is He A Prospect For The Future?
Tobias is a good tackler of the ball and can secure the ball back for his side when he is playing at the top of his game on the pitch. He doesn’t mind clearing his lines when the opposition are on the offensive and can make a few driving runs with the ball on the right flank.
The Brazilian prospect can even set up some decent plays for others around him in the opponent’s half and can shoot the ball well from long range. However, he is still quite raw and would need time to prove his worth as a first-team starter at the highest level.
Still, there is no denying that Tobias has the potential to become a future great in his position as long as he continues to improve with each year. At 19, he has still got a lot of room to grow as a footballer. Thus, Los Blancos would do well to sign Tobias on loan once again this summer as he is definitely a prospect to watch out for in the future.
