Tottenham Hotspur wants to revive their interest in Real Madrid midfielder Isco. Real Madrid are ready to offer him a new contract but the 24-year-old is reconsidering his future.
Isco arrived from Malaga in 2011 and had a very successful first two seasons netting 17 goals. But after that, the playmaker hasn’t been able to nail down a first team place regularly. Isco has a contract till 2018 but the Spanish giants are very eager to tie him down to a longer period.
Since Zidane switched to a more attacking 4-3-3 from 4-2-3-1 the playmaker has played only two full 90 minutes game this season.
Isco will reportedly have a chat with his family over his future and Mauricio Pochettino who earlier tried to sign him in the summer is hopeful that something positive will come out.
Spurs have won their last five matches out of six in all competition and if they do sign this player they would become one of the top contenders in the Premier League.
