Real Madrid will face off against Osasuna at the El Sardar Stadium on Saturday night as they look to secure a win on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos managed to earn a 4-0 win over Elche recently which will give them some momentum ahead of this league clash this weekend.
Carlo Ancelotti will set his players up in a 4-3-3 formation and could make some changes to his starting XI for this game. Thibaut Courtois and Antonio Rudiger will both play from the start while Nacho drops to the bench.
4-3-3 Real Madrid Predicted Lineup To Face Osasuna
Defence
Thibaut Courtois will function in goal for the Madrid giants after missing out in the 4-0 victory over Elche earlier this week. Antonio Rudiger will play alongside Eder Militao at the centre of the Real Madrid backline as they focus on keeping things solid at the back throughout the game.
Dani Carvajal will keep his spot at right-back while David Alaba fills in on the other side as the left-back. Both of them could get the license to get forward and express themselves in the opponent’s half.
Nacho will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench. However, Ferland Mendy will be sidelined for this game due to a hamstring injury.
Midfield
Dani Ceballos, Aurelien Tchouameni and Luka Modric will make up Real Madrid’s midfield as they look to establish their superiority over the opposition in the middle of the park.
Both Ceballos and Modric will have to carry most of the creative burden for Los Blancos in the opposition half.
Eduardo Camavinga will be named on the bench as he awaits his chance to shine as a second-half substitute if required.
Attack
Vinicius Junior will try to give a good account of himself as the left-sided wide player while Federico Valverde looks to produce a hard-working display from the right.
Karim Benzema will lead the charge for the Madrid giants on the attacking end of the field. The French striker scored a brace in midweek and would be confident about making a difference versus Osasuna this weekend.
Rodrygo will have to settle for a spot on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if Los Blancos are in need of a goal by then.
Eden Hazard is a major doubt for this game and will be in a race against time to be fit for a place on Ancelotti’s bench.
