According to a recent report from Football.London, Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane is being targeted by Erik Ten Hag as Manchester United are in the market for a new long-term striker. It is understood that Kane’s contract at Hotspur expires in the summer of 2024, hence the Red Devils have identified him as a priority in the next transfer window.

Kane has had a brilliant start to this campaign after putting in several impressive displays as the focal point of Tottenham’s attack. He has banged in seventeen goals and created three assists over twenty-five appearances for the Lilywhites so far across multiple competitions.

Kane is definitely one of the best strikers in Europe; as he remains a deadly finisher inside the penalty box while he can also shoot the ball with power and accuracy from long range. The English international is a goal threat and can position himself in the right places to invite a few decent opportunities in front of the goal.
The 1.88 meters tall forward can easily dominate his opponents in the air and with a strong frame, he can hold off the defenders to get a few strikes in on target. The 29-year-old attacker can also make a few decisive passes to set up his teammates in the final third. He is currently in his prime and is playing with great form recently, so a move away from North London could mean better chances at earning more silverware. However, the Red Devils are in the midst of rebuilding themselves and they are far from the mark in securing Champions League football this season, so moving to Old Trafford would not be a wise idea.
