Arsenal have received enquiries from five clubs about the availability of Carl Jenkinson. Watford, Hull, Swansea, West Ham United and Aston Villa have expressed their interest in the defender.
The right back was almost out for eight months due to an injury and returned to full fitness in October. Since then he has appeared for five times only as Hector Bellerin has been preferred over him on the right side of the defence.
Jenkinson was signed from Charlton in 2011 and since then has gone to appear 61 times for the Gunners.
The right back had a brief loan stint at West Ham. Slaven Bilic is ready to take the player on loan in January until the end of this season.
Sam Allardyce who was recently appointed as the manager of Crystal Palace is also mulling an option to lure the defender. Allardyce had the experience to work with him when he was the manager of the Hammers and wants to utilise the players potential.
Although a permanent deal is unlikely, Arsenal would surely consider a loan move for the player.
