Jack Wilshere has promised to Arsenal fans that he will try and do every possible thing to ensure that Bournemouth defeats Chelsea on the Boxing Day. The Blues are having a dream run his season as they are currently unbeaten in the last 11 matches.
Antonio Conte’s side have shown promise in the ongoing season and currently are the frontrunners to lift the Premier League title.
Arsenal’s title dream suffered a jolt when they tasted consecutive defeats at the hand of Everton and Manchester City.
Arsene Wenger sent Wilshere on a season-long loan to the Cherries and the midfielder has been quite decent with his performance.
The 24 year old is expected to be in the starting lineup against Chelsea and will try to halt Chelsea’s winning run. “It is a difficult game going to Stamford Bridge.
“Chelsea are a good team, they are unbeaten for 11 games. They look strong.
“I want Arsenal to do well so if we can beat them and do Arsenal a favour, everyone is happy.
“We wanted to win back to back games for the first time this season and felt we were in a good position to do that.
“We beat a good Leicester team and we were disappointed we didn’t play the way we know we can play at the weekend [against Southampton] and let ourselves down a bit.”
