Liverpool Vs Bournemouth Tactical Preview: Team News, Key Men And Streaming Links

Liverpool will welcome Bournemouth at Anfield on Saturday afternoon as the Reds look to secure their first win of this Premier League campaign. The Reds suffered a poor 2-1 loss at the hands of Manchester United recently. In contrast, the Cherries managed to secure a penalty shootout victory over Norwich City in the EFL Cup in midweek which will give them some hope ahead of this game.

Liverpool Vs Bournemouth: Talking Tactics

Jurgen Klopp will once again opt for a 4-3-3 formation and will expect a dominant performance from his players in front of the Kop. The Reds would look to use the pace of Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah to get in behind the Bournemouth backline at every chance they can get.

Scott Parker will probably set his team up in a 3-5-1-1 formation and could ask his men to produce a solid defensive showing at Anfield this weekend. The Cherries’ head coach will also need his players to supply some decent service to Kieffer Moore up top.

Key Men

Liverpool

Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz will have to carry most of the goal-scoring workload for the Reds in the final third. Virgil Van Dijk has struggled to perform at his best this season, so he has to find a way to put in a dominant defensive display during the 90 minutes.

Bournemouth

Kieffer Moore has to find a way to cause a few problems for the Liverpool defenders this weekend. Marcus Tavernier will be Bournemouth’s main playmaker in the opposition half.

Mark Travers needs to make a few solid saves if the Cherries are to have any chance of claiming something from Anfield.
