Kulusevski Gets 8.5, Son With 8 | Tottenham Hotspur Players Rated In Dominant Win Vs Southampton

Tottenham Hotspur entertained Southampton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier today as they hoped to collect maximum points at home. Spurs made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 12th minute when James Ward-Prowse found the back of the net for the Saints.

However, Ryan Sessegnon equalised for the North London outfit from close range just nine minutes later to make the scoreline 1-1. Eric Dier completed the turnaround for Spurs in the 31st minute with a glancing header as the home side went into the half-time break 2-1 up on the scoreline.

Mohammed Salisu scored an unfortunate own goal in the 61st minute. Spurs piled on the pressure and scored again just two minutes later courtesy of Dejan Kulusevski’s left-footed strike. The match ended with Tottenham securing a dominant 4-1 win in front of their home fans.

Let’s take a look at how each Tottenham player performed during the match against the Saints.
