Barcelona faced off against Real Betis at the Benito Villamarín Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to collect all three points on their travels. The Catalan giants were solid in the first half but were held to a 0-0 draw at half-time.
Ansu Fati finally broke the deadlock for Barca in the 76th minute when he scored with an accurate finish. However, the home side responded just three minutes later courtesy of Marc Batra’s header. Jordi Alba ended up scoring the winner for the Catalan giants deep in injury-time when he found the back of the net with a powerful volley. The contest ended with Xavi’s men coming away with a 2-1 victory from Andalusia.
