Real Madrid locked horns with Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to collect maximum points on the road. Los Blancos made a poor start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 21st minute when Ivan Rakitic found the back of the net for the home side. Erik Lamela doubled Sevilla’s advantage just four minutes later with a calm finish. Real Madrid went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.
Rodrygo got a goal back for the Madrid giants just five minutes into the second half. Nacho finally netted the equaliser for the visitors in the 82nd minute before Karim Benzema won the game by scoring a dramatic goal in injury time. The match ended with Real Madrid securing an entertaining 3-2 win at Andalusia.

Benzema had plenty of shot attempts and finally managed to score in injury time which won the game for Real Madrid.

He had a few lively moments in the final third but never looked like he would score.
