The Reds made a bright start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 21st minute when Ibrahima Konate found the back of the net with a powerful header. However, the Portuguese giants managed to equalize just 11 minutes later via Goncalo Ramos’ tidy finish. Both teams went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
