The fullback is quite athletic as well and is capable of covering a lot of area on the right flank. It is complemented by his exceptional space, making him quite a weapon for any team that likes to dominate possession and probe the opposition.

Spurs haven’t had much depth in the fullback department in recent seasons. Especially at left-back, they have lacked a reliable competitor for Sergio Reguilon. But the issue is arguably the more concerning on the opposite flank, with both Matt Doherty and Emerson Royal failing to impress coach Antonio Conte.
