Real Madrid will clash heads with Rayo Vallecano at the Estadio de Vallecas on Saturday evening as they look to earn all three points on the road. Los Blancos managed to secure a 3-0 win over Deportivo Alaves last weekend which will keep them in high spirits ahead of this game.
Carlo Ancelotti could opt for a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to make some changes to his first XI for this game. Toni Kroos will probably play from the start while Eduardo Camavinga will be available on the bench.
4-3-3 Real Madrid Predicted Lineup To Face Rayo Vallecano
Defence
Thibaut Courtois will feature in goal for Los Blancos after keeping a clean sheet in his last league outing. Dani Carvajal will function at right-back while Marcelo get a chance to give a good account of himself as the left-back.
Nacho could get a chance to impress alongside David Alaba at the centre of Los Blancos’ backline as they try to keep things solid at the back this weekend.
Lucas Vasquez will be available for selection on the bench as he offers cover for the right-back spot.
Midfield
Ancelotti could name a midfield three of Toni Kroos, Federico Valverde and Luka Modric as they focus on dominating possession at the centre of the park and engineer some decent chances in the final third.
Eduardo Camvinga and Isco will have to settle for a spot on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second half if needed.
Attack
Vinicius Junior will act as the left-sided wide player while Marco Asensio gets a chance to impress from the right. Both of them managed to find the back of the net versus Alaves which will give them a lot of confidence ahead of this game.
Karim Benzema will lead the line for Los Blancos down the middle following his goal-scoring performance last weekend.
Luka Jovic will have to be content with a place on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the latter stages if required.
