Swansea City are working on a move to bring Rennes winger Paul-Georges Ntep to the club according to talkSPORT. French paper L’Equipe state Swansea have been keeping tabs on the 24-year-old, who has made 13 appearances for his club this season, finding the back of the net once. The former Auxerre attacker is out of contract next summer, meaning he is free to speak to clubs in January about a move away from the Ligue 1 club. Rennes, therefore, may listen to offers for the Cameroon-born France international star next month with a view to agree a cut-price deal for him.
The Swans have managed to get only 7 points from their last six games, which is actually very encouraging after the club suffered 5 defeats in their six fixtures prior to that. That sort of horrendous form is what condemned the club at the bottom of the league table, which has changed a bit after their last win against Sunderland.
Nevertheless, the Welsh club still continue to be in the relegation zone, in desperate need to turn things around with the January transfer window being their best opportunity.

Routledge has been very frustrating with his inconsistent form while Barrow seems to be a player capable of doing interesting things but ultimately falling prey to tactical naivety.
Ntep, who has one goal and 5 assists to his name from 13 games this season, is someone who can bring the goals needed for the club by either scoring them or assisting them. Swansea already have an excellent frontman in Llorente, who will deliver if given the support.
Ntep, who can play as a center forward himself, can provide good service from the flanks. The Frenchman’s versatility would be a great addition to the squad just as his blistering pace, dribbling and wide play. The Swans can turn their season around with the signing of Ntep.
