Arsenal have found some sort of a foothold in a season that looked to be in freefall. The Gunners go into the second International break at the 11th spot, just 4 points shy of the Top 4. Mikel Arteta has worked tremendously hard on his defence and it showed as the Gunners conceded just one goal in the last 4 league games. However, their attack has not been up to standards as of yet and Arteta will look towards reinforcements.
If the recent reports of Spanish outlet fichajes are anything to go by, then the Gunners are monitoring Villareal youngster Yeremy Pino with keen interest. The Spanish youngster is rapid on the ball with mesmerising skill set. He will be a breath of fresh air for Arsenal, who have been underperforming in the scoring charts recently.
However, Pino is being pursued by a number of clubs across Europe, with Leicester City also keen on his signature.
Yeremy’s Rise For The Yellow Submarine
Yeremi Pino is widely regarded as one of the most exciting prospects in Spain at the moment. The teenage prodigy made his breakthrough in the first-team at El Madrigal last season. Since then he has become a mainstay in attack for Villarreal.
The 18-year-old has made 46 appearances for the Spanish side already, providing 12 goal contributions for the club in all competitions. Pino is usually deployed on the right-hand side of the attack with the freedom to move inside. His darting runs on the wing and ability to play the final passes have been instrumental for Villareal. Pino has also earned his maiden cap for the Spanish national side, as they beat Italy 2-1 to reach the UEFA Nations League final.

How Would Pino Fit In At Arsenal
Arsenal appear to be in the market for a wide attacker amid the inconsistencies of Nicolas Pepe. In addition, reports circulated that Gabriel Martinelli is growing increasingly frustrated over the lack of game-time. As a result, Brazilian may seek a move away from the club which will leave the Gunners lacking squad depth in attacking areas and Arteta will have to address that sooner rather than later.
Englishmen Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe have impressed so far this season. However, it goes without saying that the Gunners could do with another addition out wide, so as to introduce some dynamism in attack. With that in mind, Yeremi Pino is a viable target for Arsenal, who are also monitoring the Raheem Sterling situation at Manchester City.
