In a recent report, The Telegraph stated that Chelsea have identified Inter Milan forward Romelu Lukaku as a top target this summer. It is understood that the Blues are showing interest in bringing their former striker back to Stamford Bridge before the start of the new season (via The Telegraph).

Lukaku had another incredible season at Milan as he continued to bang in goals at a high rate for the Italian outfit over the past 12 months. The 28-year-old featured in 44 matches for Inter in the previous campaign, netting 30 goals and providing ten assists in all competitions.
The Antwerpen-born sensation was a consistent performer for the Milan giants after he averaged 2.7 shots, 1.4 key passes 1.5 dribbles per 90 minutes in Serie A football. However, he needs to work on improving his ball distribution based on his pass success rate of 72.5% in the Italian first division (stats via whoscored).
