France clashed heads with Portugal at the Puskas Arena earlier tonight as they looked to pick up a positive result on Matchday 3 of the Euro 2020 campaign. Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo scored two goals each to earn their side a precious point and secure a place in the Round of 16.

The Bundesliga left-back made some good attacking runs in the first half; however, he was brought off for Lucas Digne at half-time.
N’Golo Kante 6.5
The Chelsea midfielder didn’t quite display the work rate that we are used to seeing from him, but it was enough to earn his side a draw.
Paul Pogba 8
The Manchester United man played a number of well-timed through balls to unlock the Portugal defence, and he even got the assist for Karim Benzema’s goal. He went close to finding the back of the net from a spectacular long-range shot but was denied by Rui Patricio.
Corentin Tolisso 5
The Bayern Munich midfielder failed to impress tonight as he was tightly marked by Renato Sanches. Although his ball distribution was decent, he gave away the possession very frequently.
Antoine Griezmann 7.5
Just like the last two games, Griezmann was assigned a free role in the midfield area and it’d be fair to say that he was at the heart of everything throughout the game.
Kylian Mbappe 7
Earned an important penalty for his side but he failed to time his runs to perfection.
Karim Benzema 9
The Real Madrid striker created all sorts of menace for the Portugal defence and even bagged a brace over the course of 90 minutes.
