Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo is wanted by Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen. The Argentine had been frozen out by Jose Mourinho since his arrival to Old Trafford but recent injuries to Eric Bailly and Chris Smalling forced the gaffer to include him in his plans.
The defender has been pretty decent in the recent matches and has been trying to make his place permanent in the first team.
The 26-year-old arrived from Sporting Lisbon two years ago for £16m but his place could be in danger as Eric Bailly has already started training and is set to return this month from an injury. Rojo was earlier linked with Villarreal but nothing happened.
United want to cash in on the defender and want at least £16m for him. Leverkusen earlier bought Javier Hernandez for a paltry £7.3m who has gone on to be one of the most prolific goal scorers for them.
