The terms are not complicated. You need to be over 18 in order to participate. You need to be following The 4th Official (@Official_T4O) on Twitter and retweeted the tweet in question. This is only on offer to people who are not currently subscribers of The 4th Official Patreon.

Since Patreon has no way to offer a free trial, what we would need is for you to sign up as a £2.99 patron. Once you do that, we would refund the money within the next couple of days.
